How to place FASTag related services request

Customer FASTag Recharge flow chart

 Step 01

Logon to www.shopnservice.com

Step 02

Click on Fastag Recharge Tab

Step 03

Fill all below mentioned required details:

Select Fastag Recharge Amount, Enter Registered Name, Select your FASTag Bank (Currently we are dealing in listed bank FASTag only), Enter Mobile Number registered with your FASTag, Enter your Registered VRN/ Chassies number (Fill Chasis number in case RC number not updated in FASTag wallet), Enter Fastag Registered email id.

Step 04

Enter text from captcha (without space)

Click on Recharge

Step 05

Select your payment option (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ NetBanking/ UPI)

Enter all the required details.

After successful payment: order id with successful Status will reflect on your screen.

Customer FASTag Replacement flow chart

Step 01

Logon to www.shopnservice.com

Step 02

Click on Fastag Replacement Tab

Step 03

Fill all the required details:

Select FASTag Replacment option,Enter your Registered Name , Select your FASTag Bank (Currently we are dealing in listed bank FASTag only), Enter Mobile Number registered with your FASTag, Enter your Registered VRN/ Chassies number (Fill Chasis number in case RC number not updated in FASTag wallet), Enter your Delivery address with pincode,Enter valid/ Registered email id.

Step 04

Upload Vehicle Image or Application (written by user) image.

Step 05

Enter text from captcha (without space)

Click on Submit

Step 06

Select your payment option (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ NetBanking/ UPI)

Enter all the required details.

After successful payment: order id with successful Status will reflect on your screen.

Step 01

Logon to www.shopnservice.com

Step 02

Click on New Fastag Tab

Step 03

Fill all below mentioned required details:

Select Vehicle class as per vehicle category (To know about FASTag categorywise visit download section of www.shopnservice.com), Select required number of FASTags, Select your FASTag Bank (Currently we are dealing in listed bank FASTag only), Wallet owner Name, Contact Number, email id, Delivery address (Delivery address should be as per address proof).

Step 04

Upload Required Documents: - RC (vehicle proof), PAN as an ID Proof Mandatory, Address Proof (Any one from list available on website in case aadhar as address proof customer need to send Aadhar conscent letter also which can be download from www.shopnservice.com Download Tab)

 Step 05

Enter text from captcha (without space)

Click on Pay Now

Step 06

Select your payment option (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ NetBanking/ UPI)

Enter all the required details.

After successful payment: order id with successful Status will reflect on your screen.

Step 07

Visit Download tab and get Application form print out fill the same, Sign at customer declation and courier at below address:
