Bill Upload & Standing Instruction - We would be updating your billing details online as soon as we receive or fetch the same. Please note that we are totally dependent on the utility company/BBPS platform for fetching / presenting and Settlement of bill.
Rupay Credit Card - Bill Payment or autopay registration via rupay credit card is currently not available and we will enable this shortly till such time request you to pay the bill via alternate mode such as Bank account, Debit Card and other variant of Credit Cards.
Standing Instruction - Bills setup for Standing Instruction on Debit Card/Credit Card or Bank Account will be processed around 4 days prior to the due date. Debit will happen on next working date from scheduled date.
Maximum amount allowed per day for payment to other Bank credit cards is Rs 2 Lacs.
RBI controls- Standing Instruction on Debit Card or Credit card transactions of >Rs. 15000/- will process post authorization.
Security Control Prepaid recharge:-After registration cooling period 24 hours with 1 transaction limit upto Rs. 1,000, after cooling period 3 transaction limit upto Rs. 3,000
Security Control DTH:-After registration cooling period 24 hours with 1 transaction limit upto Rs. 2,000,after cooling period 3 transaction limit upto Rs. 12,500
Security Control Credit Card:-After registration 2 hours no trxn allow, between 2 hours to 24 hours limit of Rs. 10,000 and after 24 hours limit upto 2 lakhs.
As per SEBI circular number SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-I DOF5/P/CIR/2022/41 effective 01-06-2022, we will be sharing the
Bank account number with payment aggregator/Billdesk and they may forward the same for completing the settlement
of the transaction.
Refund can be initiated against the transactions rejected by Biller/BBPS and user’s payment got debited. On successful transactions refund can only be processed by the Biller/BBPS
In case of any refund or service-related concern user can raise complaint against the Biller/BBPS only by using complaint section.
No charges are applicable to registered users of shopnservice.com
User will receive soft copy of payment receipt against all successful transaction via email or sms from respective Biller/BBPS.
Please Note as per SEBI Circular, AMC's have to verify the source account of the funds. Shopnservice.com is not liable for rejection or failure of transaction as we are dependent on Biller/AMC.
To ensure no service disruption or late payment charge, please pay at least 3 working days prior to the due date. If the biller details provided by you are incorrect, the biller will reject the payment
In case you have already paid your bill using Pay Now / Ad-hoc mode / Alternate channel, please do not make a payment against presented bill to avoid duplicate payment to biller.
Fastag recharge may take upto 30 min to reflect in the Fastag Wallet.
LIC Payment: Amount will be debited 4 days before the due date of grace period (Grace period will be included in due date as per LIC Policy).
e.g: If your due date of policy payment is 8th Sep, one month grace period will be included than as per LIC your due date will be 8th Oct, So amount will be debited around 1st Oct.
