As Shopnservice.com and associated applications are sales channel partner of FASTag issuing Bank and Indiaideas.com (BBPS) so below mentioned terms will be applicable at the time of refund:
• In case of requesting new FASTag or Recharging existing FASTag or Replacing damaged or faulty FASTag or updating vehicle registration number in FASTag wallet, refund of amount can be claimed by customer before wallet/FASTag activation/ recharge/Replacement. Once activation/recharge/Replacement is done, refund can be claimed at the time of surrender/ termination of FASTag from FASTag issuing Bank only. To surrender the FASTag customer needs to call at FASTag Issuing Bank’s customer care number provided just behind the FASTag.
• In case user has not filled the consent form before changing the FASTag Bank at the time of applying New FASTag at shopnservice.com and associated applications then on successful transaction refund will not be allowed. However, user needs to fill and submit Consent form in order to process the order of new FASTag.
• In case user not applied for New FASTag at shopnservice.com and associated applications and his/her existing FASTag is blacklisted for any reason, on successful transaction refund will not be allowed. However, user needs to get the blacklisting removed from previous FASTag Bank.
• In FASTag only security deposit and Recharge amount available in wallet is refundable by the FASTag Issuing Bank. FASTag charges and Vehicle number updation charges once paid and the same activated/Updated in wallet are non-refundable.
• Refund will take 3-10 working days depending upon the mode of payment used by customer as the same will be processed by payment gateway Bank associated with shopnservice.com and associated applications.
• Refund amount will only be reversed to mode of payment used by customer at the time of placing order.
• In case user has provided Wrong/False/Incorrect or incomplete information at the time of placing order, on successful transactions amount will not be refunded. However, user can contact at info@shopnservice.com to submit correct information and relevant documents.
• In case you are using Indiaideas.com (BBPS) services, Refund can be initiated against the transactions rejected by Biller/BBPS and user’s payment is debited. On successful transactions refund can only be processed by the respective Biller/BBPS.
• In case of any refund or service-related concern user can raise complaint against the Biller/BBPS only by using complaint section.
• Signup fee once paid is non-refundable.
We shopnservice.com and associated applications shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any product/Service booked on the Website is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the product/Service(s). However, user understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the product within above mentioned timelines.
Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like by Blue Dart, DTDC, Trackon, Indian Post etc.
